Bu yasa \u00f6nergesi, konut krizini \u00e7\u00f6zmeyi ama\u00e7layan bir\u00e7ok maddeyi i\u00e7eriyordu ve ayn\u0131 zamanda GOLDEN VISA program\u0131n\u0131n kapat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6neren bir yasa teklifini de i\u00e7eriyordu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parlamentoda genel \u00f6nerge oylamas\u0131n\u0131n ilk a\u015famas\u0131 tamamlanm\u0131\u015f olup, bir sonraki a\u015famada, \u00f6nergedeki her bir maddenin tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 ve oylanmas\u0131 s\u00fcrecine ge\u00e7ilecektir. Bu durum, Golden Visa maddesinin parlamentoda tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi ve ard\u0131ndan oylanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi anlam\u0131na gelmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>H\u00fck\u00fcmetin \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in, b\u00fcy\u00fck ihtimalle GV program\u0131n\u0131n kapat\u0131lmas\u0131 maddesi de onaylanacakt\u0131r. Bundan sonra, Portekiz Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131&#8217;na sunulacak olan teklif, do\u011frudan onaylanacak, reddedilecek veya de\u011ferlendirilmek \u00fczere mahkemeye g\u00f6nderilecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yeni Golden Visa ba\u015fvurusu yapacak yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar i\u00e7in, mevcut durumda, yakla\u015f\u0131k 45-60 g\u00fcn daha yeni GV ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131n iptal riski olmadan yap\u0131labilece\u011fi tahmin edilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yasa teklifi, cumhurba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 onay\u0131ndan ge\u00e7tikten ve resmi gazetede yay\u0131nland\u0131ktan sonra yeni ba\u015fvurular <mark style=\"background-color:#fcb900\" class=\"has-inline-color\">kabul edilmeyecektir.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131 tamamlam\u0131\u015f olan yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar i\u00e7in ise, \u015fimdiye kadar yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan t\u00fcm ba\u015fvurular\u0131n g\u00fcvende oldu\u011fu ve t\u00fcm haklar\u0131n\u0131n resmi yay\u0131nlarda do\u011fruland\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>20 A\u011fustos 2023 &#8211; GOLDEN VISA \u0130LANI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Devlet Ba\u015fkan\u0131, yasa tasar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 reddetmi\u015f ve parlamentoya son d\u00fczeltmeler i\u00e7in geri g\u00f6nderme karar\u0131 alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu da mevcut ko\u015fullar alt\u0131nda (en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck 280.000\u20ac) gayrimenkul yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131ndan kaynaklanan Golden Visa yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131n\u0131n sonuna kadar minimum d\u00fczeyde devam edece\u011fi anlam\u0131na gelmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mali olarak haz\u0131r durumda bulunan b\u00fct\u00fcn yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar, <mark style=\"background-color:#fcb900\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Eyl\u00fcl ay\u0131n\u0131n sonuna kadar <\/mark>Golden Visa program\u0131na ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131 h\u0131zla tamamlayarak sonland\u0131rabilecekler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daha fazla bilgi almak i\u00e7in, l\u00fctfen bizimle ileti\u015fime ge\u00e7mekten \u00e7ekinmeyiniz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>19 May\u0131s 2023 tarihinde parlamentoya sunulan ve Genel Konut Krizi&#8217;ne \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm odakl\u0131 bir \u00f6nerge onayland\u0131.
